Journalling process for after session support

This is a really useful technique to support you after your healing session or sessions. It can be done regularly when different memories, feelings and triggers occur. It is a very powerful technique and can really help you to shift deep emotional and mental pain over time. You may receive great insights and healing through this process.
Many of us have inner child and teenage aspects that are frozen in time and these aspects can have a great impact on our day-to-day life. Many times, our inner child and teenager can be controlling our life, feelings and circumstances.
The parts of us that have experienced trauma have experienced loss of power, and that can make us feel small, inferior, unloved, not valued, unworthy, feeling like there is something wrong with us, and we can feel rightfully victimised. Often adult emotional patterning is from the child/teenage years. This victimisation can play out in many ways in our lives, and it will mostly cause us more pain. The resolution of the inner child pain and victimisation occurs by always validating the child and whatever they are feeling.
I wanted to mention that when we incarnate into the families and situations we find ourselves in, it is something we have agreed to before incarnating. Often, we come into this lifetime with memories and karma to heal from past lives, which are playing out in this life so full resolution and healing can occur. Most likely we already have trauma to heal, it is amplified or reactivated in this life so it can be fully resolved.
1) Write about what is bothering you in general. Write the words in the way you naturally talk, with full sentences and punctuation. Do it for about 5 minutes
2) After you have finished, read it back to yourself at regular speed (like when you are reading a book). When emotions start to come up ask yourself 3 questions.
1) What am I feeling 2) Where am I feeling it in my body 3) Ask yourself how intense the feelings are from 1-10, 10 being the most intense. Write down the answers to your questions
3) Ask yourself when was the first time I ever felt these feelings of pain, rejection, shock, not feeling good enough etc 1) when did you first feel it? 2) Does it take you to a certain time period? 3) Do you have certain memories? journal anything that comes to you
These particular events caused you to feel a certain way about yourself - these thoughts created beliefs, and you told yourself a story about this event/s, for example - that you are not wanted, not good enough as you are, don't deserve love, can't trust men/women, don't deserve happiness, financial freedom etc. Thoughts create energies, and what I like to call an 'energetic magnet' that then magnetises to you a matching thought/belief energy or frequency that matches your own energetic belief system and thought frequency. If you don't feel deserving of a loving relationship this is what will be magnetised to you, someone who doesn't show you love, care and respect.
4) If your journalling has brought up fear, frozen feelings, wanting to hide, feeling small, insignificant, feeling like shrinking - could be bullying at school, violence at home, fighting - give these particular events a NAME - of the specific event.
5) Write the stories in full sentences with punctuation with more detail rather than less
When our stories our in our heads they swirl around, we can make things even worse and more dramatic because the stories stay in our heads, and it is much harder to change a story when it is stuck in our head and thoughts, as the thoughts are fast and furious and it is difficult to change. We can slow our stories down by writing down what our thoughts are, this helps to slow the story down, it gives us a break, it allows us to breathe. When we have uncontrolled thoughts racing around it is difficult to breath properly, the breath is stuck in our chest. Writing out the story slows it down a lot.
6) When you have written out your story and you have a title - write the story out a few times. Read it at regular speed.
7) Read the same story 30% slower than the first time, slower than the normal rate of speech. When we slow our range of speech our breath loosens up. It is difficult to change our thoughts when our breath is constricted in our chest. Spirit can come through the breath.
8) Read the same story a third time and at the end of each sentence slow breath in and then out - in through the nose and out through the mouth, very slowly, hearing the breath exhale, breathing into the abdomen at the end of each sentence and out through the nose. This supports you from being in a continual emotional loop to being able to observe your feelings and emotions, not being consumed by the emotions, or being at one with the emotions. The pictures, movies, memories will release with each breath.
9) If you need to ask more questions to find more about your story do this as questions allow people to find the answers.
10) Some questions - What did I make about the story of me that's not true? Can I allow myself to let go of any meanings I've attached to the story?
You can repeat this process as many times as required for one story and any other stories that may come up.
The following meditations & healing journey's are to support you after your healing session.
What will assist to transform you the most is spending time bringing the cosmic, earth, love and light energies through your physical body, & non physical bodies. This will connect you to your own Higher Self and teams of light in time. It will release energetic blockages associated with previous pain, suffering, trauma, patterns of behaviour that don't serve you, plus much more.
Being in nature, your garden, or courtyard etc and doing the Pillar of Light meditation is super powerful. Just being in nature focussing on your breathing, connecting to nature is incredibly powerful and healing, in and of itself.
Knowing that you are so much more than just your body, mind and personality, which is an accumulation of childhood memories, brain-washing, unresolved ancestral pain, past life unhealed memories, karma, and being part of the collective unconscious pain, prevents us from seeing and knowing our own true nature.
Being on a spiritual path, doing the deep inner work, can be like trawling through a quagmire of muck, it can be difficult, painful, and at times excruciating, but nothing is more agonising than not connecting to one's soul, spirit and celestial family of origin, Source/eternal light.
As we begin to do the inner work and clear out the blockages it allows more of our inner Light to shine out and to take up residence in the chakras, cells, energy fields, different dimensions of our being, that previously held pain, and we literally change from the inside out.
Many years ago when I was doing deep inner work I was having many dreams where I kept shedding layers & layers & of skin, just like a snake, and my skin looked like snake skin. I was literally shedding the old me, It was so symbolic of the internal changes I was going through, so quickly.
I found that I thought differently about things, I felt better about myself, started to have boundaries, I had more self respect, people around me changed in how they interacted with me (positively!!), my intuition, and full sensory perception became a lot stronger, my telepathic abilities were heightened.
Although, the most important part of these inner changes was my connection to the Divine Presence within me! and connecting to my celestial family and guides/light teams, I'm so grateful.
Understanding and knowing that what was told to me as a child was not true, the emotional trauma that had created me to feel that I was nothing, that then actualised the trajectory of my life, leading to difficult relationships and things in my life always going wrong, and many physical illnesses stemming from emotional trauma that I am still healing, that was exacerbated by a poor diet when I was younger.
As I look back in time at myself, I am a totally different consciousness now, but in saying that I am still healing, transforming and learning.
My wish is to support you on your healing journey, with these meditations and bite sized pieces of information. If you feel you require extra individual support I am more than happy to schedule a session for you.
Please listen to your own inner guidance regarding what you need to do on any particular day. My recommendation would be to do the grounding Pillar of Light meditation daily, until you know what it feels like to be grounded.
The Pillar of Light meditation's are healing to the chakras, and the extended healing meditation gives you deeper healing and support.
The combined grounding, auric field cleansing, strengthening, and healing is good as a daily exercise to set you up for the day energetically.
You will notice the name of the artist on the tracks is Elektra Sri'Isha, this is my Divine Presence name, and the one who is bringing through the healing frequencies. It is not the words that bring the healing energies through so much, but the space in between the words. Allow the space, the silence, to enfold you, and permeate you, this is where the unconditional love is, which in truth, will heal everything.

Grounding your Pillar of Light - simple technique
Grounding your Pillar of Light into mother earth assists you to bring more of your consciousness and Divine Presence into your physical body.
If we are not grounded in our body fully, parts of our soul can be out of our body. This can then allow dis-incarnate entities to take up residence to a degree in our body, we can absorb a lot of psychic energy from others and the thought forms and emotional pain of those we come into contact with.
If this is happening it is really difficult to clear out our karma, mental and emotional blockages and our Higher Self & Divine Presence is unable to fully merge with us, and we may then end back up on the wheel of reincarnation. We are also not able to distinguish what is our 'stuff'and what is others.
Think of this as a first step to Self Mastery. I would recommend doing this every day so you can feel and understand what it is like to be really grounded and in your body, this will give you an insight into when you are not in your body and how you can simply ground back in.
This is a basic, but necessary first tool in Spiritual development, or even just in self development.
In time you can do it by yourself without guidance, where ever you may be, as it is quite a simple process that you can do anywhere.
Grounding and auric field protection
The aura is an energy field around our physical body that holds our mental, emotional, spiritual and etheric bodies. It is created by our energy centres/chakras and each energy centre helps to create, build and maintain our auric field.
When our chakras are not open fully, are damaged or weak it will affect our auric field. If we have robust health and do not have a lot of unresolved wounds or pain, our chakras are more open, vibrant and healthy which leads to a more resiliant, powerful, & dynamic auric field.
Doing the auric field protection will help to heal your auric field and strengthen it over time. The violet flames will assist in transmuting negative energies to their highest frequency and prevent other peoples negative energies attaching to your auric field and chakras. This is a great exercise to clear stuff that is not yours, easily. Otherwise we can carry around a whole lot of other peoples unresolved issues without realising it.
I would suggest doing this daily and when you are familiar with the routine, you won't need the meditation to guide you. You may also find that there are other colours that come to you that are needed to cleanse and surround your auric field. Trust your guidance and what comes to you.
Pillar of light connection
The Pillar of Light meditation connects you to the heart of the earth and to the heart of our sun.
You will bring through the healing energies from these two vast vortexes of light.
These energies will feed you and fill you, so you do not need to use up all of your own energy,
which can deplete you, age you more quickly, and cause deep fatigue.
The love and light of the earth and sun will energise you and help to transform you over time.
If you have a lot of issues and suffer from deep depression and have a lot of heaviness within you, it will take longer to feel the benefits than someone that does not have as much of a heavy load.
Please keep going with it, you are worth it, you are needed on the planet, you are a light being and you are so loved.
Pillar of Light extended healing
This is a longer Pillar of Light healing journey, the golden lava of the sun is deeply healing and is prominent in this meditation.
There are affirmations associated with the chakra clearings.
Affirmations on their own are not that significant, but when you are doing healing and energy clearing,
and they are said with authenticity, they can become very powerful (when done consistently), as they replace the old records,
and negative looping thoughts, that are being released from you when you do the inner work.
I hope you enjoy this as much as I enjoyed channelling it!
Clearing belief systems
The thoughts and beliefs we have about ourselves help to create our reality and life here on the earth, whether we consciously intend them to or not.
Therefore, it is important to be aware of how we speak to, and about ourselves.
Even if you don't consciously believe in what you are saying, your subconscious believes every word.
It is helpful to examine some of the thoughts and beliefs you have about yourself that you may not wish to have controlling your life.
This can be a start to actually transforming your life.
Before you do this meditation, write down your beliefs and thoughts.
Acknowledge that it is a belief, and is not the truth, (even if it seems to be the truth), as then it can be transformed.
Be prepared to let go of the beliefs/thoughts you have of yourself, of your life, as the absolute truth. Know that we can all transform from old patterns, beliefs and thoughts into something new and life changing, often beyond our wildest dreams.
Clearing the spinal column
This is a powerful technique. A lot of astral energies, thoughtforms, emotional & mental blockages, psychic control by others, and entities can be attached or stuck in our spinal column.
If we have a lot of stuck 'energies,' it prevents the light and love flowing from the Earth and Cosmos through our body, chakras, energy field and pillar of light. The earth and celestial energies assist in clearing your Pillar of Light which flows into the chakras which helps to clear and open them.
When we have a lot of dense energies stuck or attached here, the love and light of the Earth and Cosmos cannot flow through with ease.
Removing the blockages allows your soul to ground more fully into your body. How do you know you are not fully grounded in your body? Here are some examples:

Find it difficult to complete tasks

You second guess yourself
Being grounded or more grounded in your body, allows you to feel safe and more secure here on the Earth, less like a leaf being tossed around in the wind. You gain more confidence and self belief, and are able to trust your inner guidance more completely.
Inner child healing
This guided meditation is an inner child healing process.
I hope the love and healing light that emanates beyond the words assists those parts of you that are in need of unconditional love and acceptance.
This journey takes about 23 minutes. I would recommend you have time to yourself afterwards to allow for integration to take place.
Solar plexus chakra healing
This healing is a journey within to discover a part of you, a child, teenager, adult self that has some unresolved hurt, anger, pain that causes an imbalance in your solar plexus chakra and your life in some way. It is a process of connecting to the shadow side of self and as such can go very deep. If you find you are in resistance, for example; you have lots of distracting thoughts that create you to not be present in the process it is due to aspects of you that do not want to face the issues. If this is happening for you, maybe you can start to journal why you feel the way you do.
I have personally found when we do face our fears it is so much easier than resisting them and then we are free. Of course, if it does not feel like the right time for you, listen to your guidance.
This process can be done whenever you feel guided to do it. It will bring other unknown or lost parts of you back to the light to be loved and integrated within your consciousness at the right time. When this happens it strengthens your solar plexus, you become more confident, self assured, and emanate your innate mastery. This can take a while, years in some cases, it depends on what healing you have done so far, the load you carry, and for some, the load is much heavier than others. Just know that you have everything you need within you to change what is not right for you and to change yourself and your life to that which you choose for yourself.
Follow your inner guidance, your intuition in relation to what you need to heal this chakra and you will receive it, always be true to you first, an initial step in creating a strong solar plexus.
Relationship and karma healing
A deep healing process to assist you to release emotional, and mental pain, and habitual patterns you have with another, or others in your life that causes you distress, where you are unable to accept, let go, and/or forgive.
This process if done regularly can help you to transform your relationships, or how you feel about different people, and your relationships. If you have moved on, or are moving on from relationships, it can assist you to bring love, peace and closure to the situation.
